摘要
河北阜平县作为革命老区、国家级贫困县,将发展食用菌作为扶贫攻坚的抓手,具有气候、空间、资源、环境等方面的优势,也面临着思想保守、观念落后,产业基础薄弱,经济条件差,缺乏成熟的技术模式等问题。近一年来,该县通过制定科学规划、出台扶持政策、组建技术专家队伍、引进龙头企业、形成质量标准体系、建立现代经营模式、完善有效带动机制、构建"六次产业体系"等措施,食用菌产业得到长足发展,展现出良好的发展前景。
As the old revolutionary base areas and state poverty county, Fuping county of Hebei province should develop edible fungus industry as the way of poverty alleviation. Fuping county had the advantage of climate, space, resources and environment, but it was also faced with the problem of conservative, backward ideas, the unsubstantial industry foundation, poor eco-nomic conditions, lack of mature technology, and so forth. In recent one year, the edible fungus industry of Fuping county had got rapid development and showed a good development prospects by making scientific planning, stipulating supportive policies, assembling technical expert team, introducing leading enterprises, forming quality standard system, building modern business model, improving the effective drive mechanism and constructing "six industrial system".
