Research on the Construction of Social Sciences Digital Resources under the Big Data Trend

文章着重探讨大数据趋势下运用大数据思维和技术构建社会科学数字资源和信息平台的意义及对策,提出以自有资源数字化和日常业务信息化为途径构建内部数字资源;通过购买数字资源、联盟合作、大数据连接构建外部数字资源;利用关联技术重组、整合多种数字资源,实现资源再造;将云技术、网络技术等现代信息技术应用于信息平台构建,实现数字资源的融合与智能化利用;造就具有相应素质和能力的人才队伍,提升数字资源建设与服务的整体水平。

This paper explores the significance and methods to construct social sciences digital information re-sources and system platforms with big data thinking and technologies. The methods include to construct internal digital resources by digitization of various information resources owning copyright, informatization of library daily work and academic management affairs;to collect digital resources outside by acquisition of databases, establishment of consor-tia and cooperation relationship, and connecting with big data; to reorganize resources by using technologies to make semantic relationship between different data;to form shareable information platform in combination of cloud computing and advanced technologies for digital resources integration and intelligent use. The librarians’ abilities of digital re-source construction and service are also discussed.
