摘要
以硬脂酸和普鲁兰多糖为原料,制备了具有不同取代度的普鲁兰多糖衍生物,在不同湿度环境下考察硬脂酸改性普鲁兰多糖衍生物对卷烟物理保润效果及感官舒适度的影响。结果表明:在低湿和高湿条件下,与丙二醇、甘油和蒸馏水相比,添加硬脂酸改性普鲁兰多糖衍生物(取代度为41)的卷烟具有良好的保湿和防潮效果;在卷烟品质改善方面表现出香气质较好,杂气和刺激性降低等效果。
Stearic acid and pullulan as raw materials to prepare different substituted degrees ofpullulan derivatives, the effect of moisture retentivity and sensory comfort that cigarette with humectant pullulan derivatives was evaluated under different humidity environments. The results showed that compared with propylene glycol, glycerol and distilled water, the moisture retention of cigarette with pullulan derivatives (substituted degree 41) was improved, the sensory comfort was also improved with quality of aroma promoted, odor and stimulation reduced.
