高职院校足篮排球队员膳食营养调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解当前高职院校足篮排球队员日常膳食营养现状,为三类专业球队队员提供合理、平衡进餐依据。对江西制造职业技术学院的足球队员(25名)、篮球队员(16名)和排球队员(20名)进行营养状况的调查与分析,结果表明,高职院校足篮排球队员膳食营养中存在一些不科学问题:足篮排球队员的总能量摄入不均衡,早餐碳水化合物摄入较少,晚餐脂肪与蛋白质摄入过多,一些维生素及矿物质食用不足,三餐的营养分配不合理。就此提出了相关的应对策略,从而确实保障高职院校足篮排球队员膳食营养的摄取和身体健康,营养均衡成长。 The diet nutrition of football, basketball and volleyball team from Jiangxi Technical Colleges of Manufacturing is explored, and advices for the players about rational and balance diet are provided. 25 Football players, 16 basketball players and 20 volleyball plays are investigated through three diets every day. The results show that dietary nutrition of the players has some problems, such as unbalanced total energy in-take, the insufficient carbohydrate intake at breakfast, fat and excessive protein intake at dinner, some insufficient vitamin and minerals, and irrational energy in three diets distribution. Therefore, the related counter measures that really guarantee sufficient dietary nutrition intake, physical health, and a balanced growth for Football, Basketball and Volleyball Team players from higher vocational colleges are put forward.
