丹参注射液对PILON骨折愈合及BMP-7、TGF-β1及bFGF表达的影响

Effect of Danshen injection on PILON fracture healing as well as BMP-7,TGF-β1 and bFGF expression

目的:分析丹参注射液对PILON骨折愈合及骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、碱性成纤维细胞因子(bFGF)表达的影响。方法:78例PILON骨折患者随机分为观察组及对照组,各39例,对照组接受常规切开内固定治疗,观察组术后加入丹参注射液治疗,对比两组术后X线下踝穴形态、踝关节功能参数、血清骨代谢标志物及成骨相关因子水平差异。结果:观察组术后踝穴宽度、深度、冠状位角度、矢状位角度值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月血清S型Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽(S-CTX)水平低于对照组,Ⅰ型胶原氨基末端延长肽(PINP)、1,25二羟维生素D_3[1,25(OH)_2D_3]、BMP-7、TGF-β1、bFGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液在促进PILON骨折愈合、优化踝关节功能等方面均有积极作用。

Objective： To analyze the effect of Danshen injection on PILON fracture healing as well as BMP-7, TGF-1β and bFGF expression. Methods： A total of 78 cases of patients with PILON fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n = 39）, control group received routine open reduction and internal fixation, observation group re- ceived Danshen injection after operation, and then differences in mortise shape under X ray and ankle function parameters as well as serum levels of bone metabolism markers and osteogenesis-related factors were compared between two groups of pa- tients after operation. Results： Mortise width, depth, coronal angle and sagittal angle values of observation group after opera- tion were lower than those of control group （P〈0.05） ; serum S-CTX level of observation group 3 months after operation was lower than that of control group, and PINP, 1,25（OH）2D3, BMP-7, TGF-1β and bFGF levels were higher than those of con- trol group. Conclusions： Danshen injection plays a positive role in promoting PILON fracture healing, optimizing ankle function and other aspects.
