平菇栽培中地沟对温湿度的调节作用

Regulating Effect of Trench on Temperature and Humidity in Pleurotus ostreaths Growth

以平菇为试验材料，研究了地沟与外界温度、湿度的差异。结果表明，地沟具有自动调节温、湿度的功能；地沟内外的温度差可以达到15℃，地沟内相对湿度2-3d内还可维持在70％。研究结果可为地沟蘑菇反季节栽培技术提供理论依据。

This paper mainly studied the difference of temperature and humidity between trench-in and trench-outside based on the material Pleurotus ostreatus. The result showed that trench could regulate automaticly temperature and humidity. The difference of temperature between trench-in and trench-outside could reach 15 ℃. Humidity in trench-in could maintain at 70% in 2-3 days. The research results can provide a theoretical principle for the anti-season mashroom cultivation.
