摘要 心脏-血管耦联指心脏与血管之间的相互作用,是心血管系统发挥正常生理功能及最佳效能的一个关键因素。超声心动图可准确评价心血管耦联并获取耦联指数。该指数有助于早期发现心血管系统的功能改变,反映心血管变化的本质,预测心血管事件的发生。本文对超声心动图评价心脏-血管耦联的研究进展进行综述。 Ventricular-arterial coupling refers to the interaction between the heart and the arterial system,which is a critical factor of cardiovascular system to maintain normal physiological function and optimal energetic efficiency.Echocardiography can be used to evaluate cardiovascular coupling accurately and obtain the coupling index.This index is useful for detecting the cardiovascular system's functional changes early,reflecting the nature of cardiovascular changes,and predicting the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.The progress of echocardiography in evaluation on ventricular-arterial coupling was reviewed in this article.
