小柴胡汤加减治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

Clinical Research on Type2 Diabetes Treated with Modified Minor Bupleurum Decoction

目的:观察小柴胡汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年1—12月在本院门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者60例,所有患者在服用降糖药控制血糖的基础上,以小柴胡汤为基础,随证加减治疗1周。观察治疗前后血糖水平以及中医临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗期间,患者血糖控制良好,中医临床症状显著改善,有效率为93.3%。结论:小柴胡汤加减治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Modified Minor Bupleurum Decoction on type2 diabetes. Methods： Totally 60 patients with type2 diabetes treated in this hospital between January, 2012 and December, 2012 were given oral adminiatration of hypoglycemic drugs on the basis of Minor Bupleurum Decoction, for 1 week of modified treatment accorded with the syn- dromes. The improvement of the blood sugar level and TCM clinical symptoms after the treatment was observed. Results ： During the treatment, the blood sugar of the patients was under good control. The TCM clinical symptoms got markedly iruproved. The effective rate was 93.3% Conclusion： Modified Minor Bupleurum Decoction has significant curative effects on type2 diabetes.
