中药联合CIK生物细胞治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌气阴两虚证临床研究

Clinical Research on Syndrome of Qi and Yin Deficiency of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer at Advanced Stage Treated with Chinese Medicine Combined with CIK Biological Cell Therapy

目的:观察用APC-CIK生物细胞、扶正抗癌汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌气阴两虚证患者的临床疗效。方法:将本院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌气阴两虚证患者30例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各15例。两组均给予化疗及扶正抗癌汤治疗,试验组在此基础上输注CIK细胞治疗,两组均以3周为1个疗程,连用4个疗程。评价治疗前后患者免疫功能及生活质量改善情况,观察临床近期疗效及不良反应。结果:试验组的近期疗效优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组免疫功能改善优于对照组,与机体免疫功能相关的T细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、自然杀伤细胞(NK)水平高于对照组,而CD8^+水平则显著降低,生活质量Karnofsky评分高于治疗前及对照组,不良反应发生情况明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:APC-CIK生物细胞、扶正抗癌汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌气阴两虚证近期疗效满意,可提高患者机体免疫功能,改善生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine co,nbined with CIK biological cell therapy on syndrome of qi and yin deficieney of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） at advanced stage, and observe its influence on the immunity and survival quality of the patients. Methods： Totally 30 patients with syndrome of qi anti yin deficiency of NSCLC at advanced stage were randomly divided into control group and experiment group, with 15 cases in each group. Both groups were given chemotherapy and Healthy-qi Reinforcement and Anti-Cancer Decoction while experiment group were additionally given transfusion of CIK cells, 3 weeks as a treatment course and for 4 treatment coupes. The improvement of the immunity and life quality of the patients after the treatment was evaluated,and the short-term efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results： The short-term efficacy in experiment group was better than that in control group, but the difference was not significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. The improvement of im- munity in experiment group was better than that in control group. The levels of T cell subset such as CD3 ＋ ,CIM ＋ ,CIM ＋/CD8 ＋ and NK in experiment group were higher than these in control group. The level of CD8 ＋ decreased significantly. The score of Karnofsky of life quality was better than before treatment and eontrul group. The rate of adverse ,＇eactions declined greatly; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： APC-CIK biological cell, Healthy-qi Reinforcement and Anti- Cancer Decoction combined with chemotherapy have satisfactory efects on syndrome of qi and yin deficiency of NSCLC at ad- vanced stage,which can improve the immunity and life quality of the patients.
