桃红四物汤加防己茯苓汤运用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后44例

Clinical Research on Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction Plus Stephania Root and Poria Decoction Applied to the Treatment of Postoperative Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的:观察桃红四物汤加防己茯苓汤加减运用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年1-12月本院压缩性骨折患者87例,随机分为治疗组44例和对照组43例。对照组给予甘露醇与低分子肝素钙静脉治疗,治疗组术后服用桃红四物汤加防己茯苓汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效及术后第3天、第7天疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、JOA评分变化情况。结果:术后治疗组VAS评分及JOA评分均优于对照组,且治疗组术后第7天优于术后第3天,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为88.37%,治疗组有效率为95.45%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤加防己茯苓汤用于胸椎压缩性骨折术后有确切疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Modified Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction Plus Stephania Root and Poria Decoction on postoperative thoracohnnhar vertebral compression fracture. Methods： Totally 87 patients with compression fracture treated in this hospital between January, 2013 and December, 2013 were randomized into treatment group （44 cases） and control group （43 cases）, Control group were given intravenous treatment with Mannitol and low-Molecu- lar-Weight Heparin while treatment group were orally given Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction Plus Stephania Root and Poria Decoction after operation. The clinical effects anti the changes of the scores of VAS and JOA on the 3th and 7th day in both groups were observed. Results： The scores of VAS and JOA after operation in treatment grnup were better than these in control group, and： the scfres on the 7th day were better than those on the ：3ird day in treatment group after operation; the difference had statistical SignifiCance （P〈 0.05）; The effective rate was 88.37% in control group and 95.45% in treatment group; the difference Of the dinicat effeets between the two groups had statistical Significante （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction Plus Stephania Root and Poria Decoction has definite therapeutic effects on postoperative thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture.
