养血止痛丸联合双醋瑞因治疗膝骨性关节炎20例

Twenty Cases with Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with BloodNourishing and Pain-Relieving Pills Combined with Diacerein

目的:观察养血止痛丸联合双醋瑞因治疗膝骨性关节炎(Osteoarthritis of the knee,KOA)的临床疗效。方法:将60例KOA患者随机分为对照组A、对照组B和治疗组,每组各20例。对照组A口服双醋瑞因,对照组B口服养血止痛丸,治疗组口服养血止痛丸和双醋瑞因。观察三组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后KOOS量表积分变化情况。结果:三组患者治疗后KOOS总分及各部分积分显著低于治疗前,且治疗组低于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组B有效率为85.0%,对照组A有效率为75.04%,三组患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:养血止痛丸和双醋瑞因治疗KOA均能取得满意疗效,但二者联合运用可显著改善膝关节总体KOOS评分、日常生活活动、娱乐及运动功能、与膝关节相关的生活质量积分。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Blood-Nourishing and Pain-Relieving Pills combined with Diacerein on knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods： Totally 60 patients with KOA were randomized into control group A, control group B and treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. Control group A were orally given Diaeerein; control group B were orally given Blood-Nourishing and Pain-Relieving Pills; treatment group were orally given Blood-Nourishing and Pain-Relieving Pills combined with Diacerein. The clinical effects and changes of the scores of KOOS scale after the treatment in both groups were observed. Results： The total score of KOOS and each score in the three groups declined markedly after the treatment in three groups, and the scores in treatment group were lower than these in other two groups ; ihe difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group, 85.0% in control group B and 75.04% in control group A ; the difference of the clinical effects between the three groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Both Blood-Nourishing and Pain-Relieving Pills and Diacerein have satisfactory curative effects on KOA, but the combination of them can significantly im- prove the scores of general KOOS of the knee joint, activities in daily life, entertainment, motor thnction and the scores living quality related to the knee joint.
