基于文献计量学的皮内针疗法处方用穴规律初探

The Exploration of Acupoint Selection in a Prescription of Intradermal Needle Therapy Based on Document Metrology

目的:了解皮内针疗法的处方用穴规律,以期指导临床实践,更好的使用皮内针。方法:采用回顾性期刊文献计量学研究方法,以"皮内针""穴位埋针""耳穴埋针""皮下埋针"为主题词,检索中国知网中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库3个数据库有关皮内针疗法的所有临床研究文献,分析皮内针疗法在临床各科疾病中的处方规律。结果:纳入的文献研究中,穴位使用以耳穴最多;按经络分则以膀胱经、胃经和任脉居多;总结了皮内针疗法治疗各科疾病常用腧穴、耳穴及其使用频次;纳入文献中,选用处方用穴不一,有的单用耳穴、有的单用体穴,有的则耳穴及体穴并用。结论:皮内针疗法可选用的腧穴范围很广,几乎所有常用的腧穴均可以作为埋针的选穴,在选穴方面,以耳穴选用最多。

Objective：To understand the rules of using points in a prescription of intradermal needle therapy in order to guide clini- cal practice and better use intradermal needle. Methods：The rules of using points in a prescription of intradermal needle therapy were analyzed by adopting methods of literature metrology research in retrospective journals, regarding ＂the intradermal needle＂ ,＂ acupoint embedding needle auricular aeupuneture embedding hypodermic： needle＂ as key words to retrieve ＂all clinical re- search literatures on intradennal needle therapy in CNKI Chinese journal full text database,VIP Chinese science and technology periodical full text database and Wanfang database. Results ： Among the included literatures, auricular points are used most often ; In terms of meridians, the bladder meridian and stomach meridian and conception meridian are used often;The commonly-used points,auricular points and use frequency are summarized; In terms of point selection,some only use auricular points,some use auricular points and body points together. Conclusion ： Intradermal needle therapy can select many points in a wide range, and nearly all the commonly-used points can be used;And auricular points are used most often.
