药枕治疗高血压病的用药规律分析

Analysis of the Law of Drug Use in Treating Hypertension with Chinese Medicinal Pillow

目的:探索药枕治疗高血压病的用药分布规律,为高血压病药枕治疗提供客观的临床用药依据。方法:以"药枕""中医外治法""高血压病"为检索词,检索维普数据库、万方数据库和CNKI中国期刊全文数据库。对检索筛选的文献用Excell 2003录入和整理并进行逻辑校对,采用SPSS19.0统计软件对药物药类、归经进行频次、频率分析。结果:筛选出符合要求的文献18篇,涉及中药共44味,出现总频次128次。其中中药以菊花的使用最多,其次为夏枯草,川芎,磁石,牡丹皮。中药分类以平肝熄风药、清肝热药为主,活血化瘀药次之;中药归经以肝、肺经为主。结论:中药药枕治疗高血压用药是以平肝熄风、清肝热为主,兼顾活血化瘀。

Objective： To explore the law of drug use in treating hypertension with Chinese medicinal pillow and provide objective evidences for the clinical drug use for hypertension with medicinal pillow. Methods： Search the VIP database, Wanfang database and CNKI with terms of ＂medicinal pillow＂ , ＂ external therapy of Chinese medicine＂ and ＂ hypertension＂. The selected litera- tures were included and arranged with Excel 2003 and then conducted logic proof-reading. The software of SPSSI9.0 was applied to analyze the frequency of the categories and meridian tropism. Results： Among the 18 literatures accorded with the criteria, there were 44 Chinese herbs involved and the total frequency was 128. The most commonly used Chinese medicine is Juhua （ Flos Chrysanthemi）, then Xiakucao （ Spica Prunellae） , Chuanxiong （ Rhizoma Chuanxiong）, Cishi （Magnetitum） and Mudanpi （ Cortex Moutan）. The categories of the Chinese medicine mostly cover drugs with effects of soothing the fiver and extinguishing the wind and drugs clearing liver heat, then drugs activating the blood and resolving the blood stasis. For the meridian tropism, the liver meridian and the lung meridian are principal. Conclusion： The drugs used in the Chinese medicinal pillow arc mainly with effects of soothing the liver and extinguishing the wind and clearing liver heat, and drugs with effects of activating blood and resolving blood stasis are simultaneously used.
