福建产后花生黄曲霉毒素污染分布及膳食暴露评估 被引量:4

Peanut aflatoxins contamination and evaluation on dietary exposure in Fujian province

摘要 采用免疫亲和层析-液相色谱方法对福建省6个花生主产县市173份代表性花生样品进行检测分析,结果显示产后花生黄曲霉毒素总量(AFT)和黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)检出率最高的均是泉州地区样品,分别达到25.71%和22.86%,其次是福州地区样品,分别为25.00%和22.50%;检出率最低的是莆田仙游,均未检出。AFB1占黄曲霉毒素总量的84.96%,和黄曲霉毒素总量具有很好的相关性,相关系数达到0.995;分别采用非参数概率评估模型和点评估模型,分析了各暴露量分布的指标统计量和90%置信区间,评估结果显示平均消费水平标准人的产后花生黄曲霉毒素膳食暴露量平均值为(0.321~0.345)ng/(kg·d),90%置信区间为(0.218~0.474)ng/(kg·d),点评估结果平均暴露量为(0.319~0.340)ng/(kg·d)。 173 peanut samples were collected from 6 main peanut production areas in Fujian province and then analyzed with the method of immuno-affinity-liquid-chromatography. Results showed that for AFT and AFB1 contamination levels of post-harvest peanuts, the highest was the samples from Quanzhou peanut production area, with detection rates of AFT and AFB, 25.71% and 22.86% ; the samples from Fuzhou took second place with detection rates 25.00% and 22.50% ; and the lowest .was from Putian area with no aflatoxin detected. Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) was the dominating contaminant in Fujian post-harvest peanuts, averaged 84.96 % of the total aflatoixns with a correlation coefficient of 0. 995. The statistics and 90 %confidence interval of dietary aflatoxins exposure distributions were analyzed by non-parametric probability assessment model and point assessment model. Results indicated that for the adult at average consumption level, the average value of aflatoxin dietary exposure by probability assessment was (0. 321-0. 345)ng/(kg . d), 90% confidence interval was (0. 218-0. 474) ng/(kg . d), and the average exposure by point assessment was (0. 319- 0. 340)ng/(kg . d).
