淀粉包被VA乙酸酯含量测定的研究

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,研究了三种不同前处理方法对淀粉包被VA乙酸酯测定的影响,并进行了方法验证。结果表明,将GB/T 7292—1999中的提取液换成1∶1丙酮四氢呋喃溶液,能有效溶解出淀粉包被VA乙酸酯的成分。这种方法能同时满足测定淀粉包被和明胶包被VA乙酸酯的要求。 By HPLC, three different pretreatment methods were used in the determination of content of starch coated vitamin A acetate,and the methods were verified. Experimental results showed that the extract in GB/T 7292-1999 method was replaced of 1 : 1 acetone tetrahydrofuran, which could effectively dissolve the components of starch coated vitamin A acetate. This method can satisfy the determination of VA acetate coated by starch and gelatin.
