In this paper, we introduced the key points in the inventory counting practice, including its purpose and method, the keeping of the warehouse, the inventory counting conference, in-situ counting, counting result processing. Next, we proposed the necessary methods and techniques for the high-efficiency and quality completion of the inventory counting task.
