我国商贸流通业FDI投资特点及政府规制策略研究

Study on Characteristics and Government Regulation Strategy of FDI in Commercial Circulation Industry of China

商贸流通业FDI不断进入中国市场,不可避免地对本土商贸流通企业发展造成冲击,对我国商贸流通业健康、安全发展带来一定压力,因此对其进行政府规制就显得尤为必要。分析了我国商贸流通业FDI的投资特点,以及对我国商贸流通业发展带来的负面效应,并在此基础上提出了政府规制的策略。

In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics of the foreign direct investment （FDI） in the commercial circulation industry of China as well as its negative effect for the development of the industry and then on such basis, proposed the corresponding regulation strategy for the government.
