摘要
在生产系统改善中,精益思想(Lean Thinking)和约束理论(TOC)作为有效的管理改善方法被越来越多的企业所接受。而价值流图分析技术(VSM)是精益思想中的有效工具。通过分析VSM和TOC各自的优势和在应用中单方面的局限性提出了两者相结合的改善方法,并以S汽车生产厂涂装车间为例,通过方案实施,达到了使系统增值率提升2%,生产周期减少1 693s,人员减少,质量提升的效果,以证明其应用的可行性。
In the efforts at improving production systems, the lean thinking and theory of constraint are becoming increasingly more popular among the enterprise management for their high effectiveness and value stream mapping is an effective tool in the lean thinking. In this paper, we developed a method to combine the strength and supplement the inadequacy of the VSM and TOC and in the case of the automobile paint line of a company S, demonstrated the validity of the method.
