基于专利信息分析的生物农药产业预警报告

Early Warning Report of Biological Pesticide Industry Based on Patent Information Analysis

[目的/意义]分析全球生物农药领域专利信息情况。[方法/过程]采用Innography、SIPO等专利检索与分析工具进行专利信息研究。[结果/结论]发现国外在中国有大量专利布局,而中国也存在申请人结构性缺陷、竞争力不强、海外专利申请不足等风险;国外机构已率先在全球进行专利布局,中国是仅次于美国的国外专利布局重点国家。通过对内源和外源两类风险的对比,以及国外在华专利的技术挖掘及趋势等微观分析,提出了应对产业风险的相关建议。

[ Purpose/Significance] The global bio-pesticide field of patent information is analyzed, [ Method/Process] using innography, SIPO patent analysis platform and other tools. [ Result/Conclusion] There are a large number of foreign patents in China, and China also has the structural defects, the low competitiveness of the applicants, the lack of foreign patent applications and other risks; foreign institutions have been carrying out patent portfolio in the globe, and China is second only to the United States as the focus country. Through the comparison of two types of endogenous and exogenous risks, as well as technological mining of foreign patents in China and micro analysis on the trends, suggestions to deal with the industry risks are put forward.
