Risk Classification and Control of Socialized Information Services in University Libraries

[目的/意义]高校图书馆社会化信息服务面临的风险是不言而喻的,这些风险正在阻碍有关服务工作的进一步开展,研究高校图书馆社会化信息服务的风险分类,有利于有的放矢地控制风险,促进社会化信息服务向更高层次发展。[方法/过程]以风险管理的基本理论和方法为指导,分析研究高校图书馆社会化信息服务风险的内涵与分类,以风险规避、损失控制、控制型风险转移三种基本方法进行风险控制。[结果/结论]研究结果得出:通过风险控制,可有效化解制约高校图书馆开展社会化信息服务亟待解决的资源、资金、人才、知识产权、目标用户、制度保障等诸多风险。

[ Purpose/Significance] There is no denying that socialized information services of academic libraries are at risk, thus prevents the service-related work from being further provided. The research on risk classification of socialized information services of academic libraries is conducive to controlling risks by acting with a well-defined objective in mind, hence promoting socialized information services to a higher level. [ Method/Process] Guided by the basic theory and methodology of risk management, this paper analyzes the implications and classifications of socialized information service risks of academic libraries. Three fundamental methods of risk avoidance, loss control and transfer of controllable risks are used to control risks. [ Result/Conelusion] The scientific categorization of risks can help us better understand them, through risk control, such risks as those in relation to resources, capital, talents, intellectual property, target users and institutional protection can be better solved in the process of socialized information services.
