随着经济金融化趋势不断深入发展,市场对复合型金融人才的需求越来越大,且要求也越来越高,这就急需高校金融专业教育能够不断适应新形势,改革并构建复合型金融人才培养模式。从目前高校人才培养与就业需求的结构性矛盾来看,目前高校金融人才培养模式的确存在诸多问题和障碍因素,加快高校复合型金融人才培养模式建设,依据复合型金融人才能力构成要求,从培养目标、培养方案、培养方式、培养师资和培养体系等多个层面加强金融人才培养模式改革,是当前高校金融专业学科建设和人才培养必须关注的重点。

With the deepening of economic financialization,compound financial talents with high quality are in great demand in the market. It is essential that financial professional education in universities should keep pace with the new situation and establish the training mode for compound financial talents. From the perspective of the contradiction between university talents training and the structure of employment demand,it has been found that there have existed many problems and obstacle factors. Accordingly,top priorities should be given to quickening up the construction of the training mode for compound financial talents and strengthening its reform according to its demand from the aspects of training objectives,programs,modes,teachers and systems and so on.
