摘要
以某大跨度悬挑钢连廊的施工过程进行变形和应力监测为例,介绍了钢连廊施工方案和监测内容及测点布置方案及其施工过程主钢梁的变形和关键受力部位应力的监测,对比分析了实测结果与理论数值模拟结果。结果表明,该钢梁的变形和应力值均在设计值允许范围内,结构处于安全状态。
Take a large span cantilever construction process of steel gallery of deformation and stress monitoring as an example. The construction scheme,monitoring contents and arrangement plan of monitoring points were introduced firstly. Then,the deformation of the main steel beam and the the stress of the key parts were both monitored in the construction process. Also,the experimental results and numerical simulation results were compared and analyzed. The results show that the deformation and stress of the steel beam are in the allowable range,and the structure is in a safe state.
