摘要
地下水环境影响评价,是环境影响评价的重要组成部分,越来越受到国家和学者的关注。湄洲湾石化基地是国家规划的大型化工园区,从系统的角度确定了评价区域,通过对评价区域水文、地质条件的调查和勘测,运用单因素指标法评价了区域地下水环境现状,利用事故定性预测和模型定量评价方法,预测了区域工程实施和运营后地下水环境质量。评价结果表明,湄洲湾石化基地评价区域地下水环境质量现状较好,且工程对敏感目标的污染影响不大;部分项目应做好防范措施,预防产生污染影响地下水质量。
Groundwater environmental impact assessment is an important part of environmental impact assessment,and it is more and more concerned by the government and scholars. Meizhou Bay petrochemical base is a national planning of large-scale chemical-park. This paper identified the evaluation area from the view of the system. Through investigation and survey of the geological and hydrological conditions,the regional groundwater environment situation was evaluated by single factor index method. Thus,groundwater environment quality was predicted by accident qualitative forecast and quantitative model evaluation methods. Evaluation results show that the groundwater environmental quality is good,and the engineering has little effect on sensitive pollution. But part of the project should do preventive measures to prevent pollution to groundwater quality.
