基于“细菌负荷阈值”理论的扶正祛邪法治疗慢阻肺的思路

Thinking of Strengthening Healthy-Qi and Eliminating Evil Treatment in Treating COPD on the Basis of Bacterial Load Threshold

根据传统中医理论和长期临床实践,结合现代医学细菌负荷理论提出慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的"正虚邪郁"病机理论,正虚是指肺脾肾亏虚,而以肺气虚为始,以肾虚为渐,以气虚为本,涉及阴阳;邪郁是指细菌、病毒、烟尘等毒邪乘虚侵犯肺脏,毒损肺络,肺叶不举,升降失常,痰浊水湿瘀血胶痼积蓄。同时拟通过体内外实验,而且基于"细菌负荷阈值"理论从整体和细胞水平研究扶正祛邪中药的抑菌机制,诠释其本质和内涵,为COPD稳定期的治疗提供新方法。

According to TCM theory and a long period of clinical practice combined with bacterial load theory of modern medicine,the pathogenesis theory of healthy-Qi deficiency and evil stagnation of COPD at stable period was raised,healthy-Qi deficiency referred to deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,from lung Qi deficiency to kidney deficiency,and it was related to Yin and Yang;evil stagnation referred to invasion of bacteria,virus and smoke dust into lung,causing pulmonary collaterals lesion,lung lobe impotence,disorder of going up and down and stagnation of phlegm,turbid,water-dampness,congestion.Antifungal mechanism of strengthening healthy-Qi and eliminating evil Chinese herbs from holism and cellular level was explored through experiments in vitro and vivo based on bacterial load threshold theory,its nature and content were explained,therefore to provide new treatment methods for COPD at stable stage.
