益气汤辅助乳腺癌化疗减毒作用的临床研究

Clinical Study on YiQi Tang as Adjunctive Therapy for the Patients with Mammary Cancer Who underwent Chemotherapy

目的:从分子水平探讨中药益气汤对乳腺癌患者免疫功能损害的修复作用及机制。方法:将病理诊断为乳腺癌且白细胞<4.0×10~9/L的患者30例随机分为3组,气虚组:CAT化疗方案;气虚治疗组:CAT化疗方案+益气汤(益气方)治疗;阳性对照组:CAT化疗方案+重组人粒细胞刺激因子(瑞白)组。用全自动生化仪及流式细胞仪检测3组患者外周血白细胞水平,CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+含量及肿瘤组织CD83、CD80、CD86水平。结果:化疗后气虚治疗组患者白细胞水平明显升高,与阳性对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),外周血中CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+含量明显下降,肿瘤组织中CD83、CD80、CD86水平明显升高,与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气汤可明显改善化疗患者免疫功能,帮助修复机体的免疫损伤。

Objective：To discuss the repairing effects and the mechanism of YiQi Tang on immunologic function damage of the patients with mammary cancer.Methods：Thirty patients proved with mammary cancer and white blood cells4.0×10^9/L were randomized into three groups：the group of Qi deficiency,CAT chemotherapy regimen;the treatment group of Qi deficiency：CAT chemotherapy regimen and YiQi Tang;positive control group：CAT chemotherapy regimen and recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor.The levels of CD83,CD80,CD86 in tumor tissue,the contents of CD3^＋,CD4^＋ and CD8^＋,the level of white blood cells in peripheral blood in three groups were detected by full automatic biochemical analyzer and flow cytometry.Results：The levels of white blood cells raised in the patients of the treatment group of Qi deficiency after the chemotherapy,the difference showed statistical meaning when it was compared with positive control group（P〈0.05）,the contents of CD3^＋,CD4^＋and CD8^＋ in peripheral blood decreased obviously and the levels of CD83,CD80,CD86 in tumor tissue raised notably,and the difference had no statistical meaning when it was compared with positive control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：YiQi Tang could obviously improve immunologic function of the patients undergoing chemotherapy,and help repair immunologic function damage of the body.
