活血定眩汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Effects of HuoXue DingXuan Tang in the Treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo

目的:观察活血定眩汤对后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将由于后循环缺血而引起的眩晕患者80例分为治疗组和对照组各40例,2组除给予相应基础治疗外,对照组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊和活血定眩汤治疗,2个疗程后比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及TCD情况。结果:治疗组在中医证候积分及TCD改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血定眩汤联合氟桂利嗪胶囊能够显著改善患者眩晕症状,提高后循环缺血性眩晕疗效,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of HuoXue DingXuan Tang in treating posterior circulation ischemia vertigo.Methods：Eighty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases each group.Besides corresponding basic therapy,the control group were treated by flunarizine capsules,and the treatment group by flunarizine capsules and HuoXue DingXuan Tang.TCM symptom integral and TCD conditions of both groups were compared before and after treating after they were treated for two courses of the treatment.Results：The treatment group was superior to the control group in TCM symptom integral and TCD improvements obviously（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：HuoXue DingXuan Tang combined with flunarizine capsules could obviously improve the symptoms of vertigo patients,raise clinical effects of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo and quality of life of the patients.
