摘要
目的:观察自拟金藤解毒去银丸联合NB-UVB治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将银屑病患者50例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组26例采用金藤解毒去银丸联合NB-UVB治疗,对照组24例采用西药联合NB-UVB治疗,观察2组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈10例,显效14例,好转2例;对照组治愈6例,显效8例,好转6例,无效4例,治疗组临床疗效高于对照组(Z=-5.245,P=0.000)。结论:中药联合NB-UVB治疗银屑病的临床疗效优于单纯西药联合NB-UVB治疗。
Objective：To observe clinical effects of selfmade JinTeng JieDu QuYin pills combined with NB-UVB in treating psoriasis.Methods：Fifty patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group randomly,26 cases of the treatment group adopted JinTeng JieDu QuYin pills combined with NB-UVB,24 cases of the control group accepted western medicine jointed with NB-UVB,clinical effects of both groups were observed.Results：There were ten cases cured,14 cases markedly effective,two cases effective in the treatment group;six cases cured,eight cases markedly effective,six cases effective,four cases ineffective in the control group,the treatment group was higher than the control group in clinical efficacy（Z=-5.245,P=0.000）.Conclusion：Curative effects of herbs combined with NB-UVB are superior to these of western medicine jointed with NB-UVB in the treatment for psoriasis.
