摘要
对近年脑卒中后肌张力增高的中西医治疗研究报道进行综述,指出针灸、推拿、中药及物理疗法在本病治疗中有独特优势,建议采取量化指标和设定标准化对照,以增加研究的可信度和参考价值。
Through reviewing integrative medicine therapy for hypermyotonia after stroke in the recent years,it was pointed out that acupuncture,massage,herbs and physiotherapy possessed the unique advantages in the therapy for the disease,quantitative indexes were suggested to be adopted,standardized control was established to increase confidence level and the reference value of the study.
