武术段位制新体系及其学校推广——基于武术与民族传统体育专业建设的视角

New Wushu Grading System and its Popularization in Schools as Seen From Construction of Major of Wushu and Traditional National Sports

段位制作为武术标准化建设的重要成果,正深刻影响着我国学校武术教育的改革与发展。当前,武术与民族传统体育专业建设中所存在着的生源素质不高、报考人数下降,人才培养模式陈旧、课程体系不完善、培养目标错位、就业率偏低等问题正影响着专业的生存与发展。新时期的武术段位制改革以回归传统、面向大众为主题,构建起不同于竞技武术和传统武术的评价体系,形成为一个科学的内容体系和完善的管理体系。武术段位制段级标准与学段层次的有机衔接,促进了武术段位制与学校武术教育的契合。武术段位制在学校的有效推广能提高武术与民族传统体育专业的生源质量,有助于提升学生培养质量和就业率,为困境中的武术与民族传统体育专业找到了破解难题的良方。

Duanwei System,an important factor in the construction of Wushu standardization,has a profound impact on the reform and development of school Wushu education.For the major of Wushu and traditional national sports,the enrollment requirements for the students are low.The number of candidates has dropped.The student development mode and the curriculum are out-dated.The objectives are not clearly defined and the employment rate is low.The reform of Wushu Duanwei System in the new era should focus on the return to traditions and center around the general public so as to build an evaluation mechanism different from that of the competitive Wushu and traditional Wushu,and to construct a scientific curriculum and a complete administrative system.The combination of the standards and levels in Duanwei can promote the accordance of Duanwei System and school Wushu education.The popularization of Duanwei System in schools offers a solution to the problems by improving the quality of enrollment,the teaching and increasing employment.
