滋阴利窍饮辅助Schuell刺激法治疗肝肾两虚证缺血性脑卒中失语症疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Schuell simulation assisted by Ziyin Liqiao decoction on aphasia of liver-kidney deficiency syndrome after ischemic stroke

目的观察滋阴利窍饮辅助Schuell刺激法治疗肝肾两虚证缺血性脑卒中失语症患者的疗效。方法将140例肝肾两虚证缺血性脑卒中失语症患者随机分为2组,对照组70例给予Schuell刺激法治疗,观察组70例在此基础上加用滋阴利窍饮辅助治疗,观察2组近期疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、中国康复研究中心失语症检查表(CRRCAE)评分、功能性语言沟通能力量表(CFCP)评分、失语商、血液流变学指标水平及治疗后波士顿诊断性失语症检查法(BDAE)分级水平。结果观察组近期总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医证候积分显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后CRRCAE评分、CFCP评分、失语商水平均显著优于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗后血液流变学指标水平和BADE分级均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论滋阴利窍饮辅助Schuell刺激法治疗肝肾两虚证缺血性脑卒中失语症可促进言语沟通能力恢复,并有助于改善血液流变学指标,具有临床应用价值。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Schuell simulation assisted by Ziyin Liqiao decoction on aphasi- a of liver-kidney deficiency syndrome after ischemic stroke. Methods 140 patients with aphasia of liver-kidney deficiency syn- drome after isehemie stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group （n = 70） was treated with Schuell simula- tion, the observation group （ n = 70） was treated with Ziyin Liqiao decoction on the basis of treatment in control group. The re- cent curative effect, Chinese medical syndrome scores, the Chinese rehabilitation research center aphasia examination （ CRR- CAE） scores, the Chinese functional communication profile （CFCP） scores, aphasia quotient, hemorheology parameters be- fore and after treatment, BDAE classification after treatment were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 O. 05）. After treatment, Chinese medical syndrome scores were decreased while CRRCAE scores, CFCP scores and aphasia quotient level were increased significantly in both groups （P 〈 0.05） , and the decrease or increase in observation group was more significant than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of hemorheology parameters and BDAE classification were better in observation group than that in control group after treatment（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Schuell simulation assisted by Ziyin Liqiao decoction could promote recovery of verbal ability, and is helpful for improving hemorheology parameters in the treatment for aphasia of liver - kidney deficiency syndrome after ischemic stroke, it is worthy of application in clinic.
