带状疱疹后神经痛的微创介入治疗进展 被引量：10

摘要 带状疱疹后神经痛（postherpetic neuralgia,PHN）是指带状疱疹治愈后疼痛持续时间超过1个月者,是一种顽固性神经病理性疼痛。带状疱疹患者中约有10%出现PHN,并且PHN的发生率会随着年龄的增长而增长[1],疼痛时间可以超过数十年,且常伴有失眠、抑郁、焦躁等精神症状,严重影响了患者的生活质量。目前临床上对于PHN主要是使用药物治疗,如抗抑郁药、抗癫痫药物、促神经修复药物、
