摘要
针对高灰细粒难浮煤泥的浮选效果提升,先后进行了捕收剂用量、药比、入料浓度、充气量、搅拌速度等各工艺参数的单因素优化试验和正交优化试验。试验结果表明,通过工艺参数的优化,可以降低精煤灰分,提高精煤产率,但浮选精煤的数量和效率仍有较大的提升空间;通过各参数对浮选效果的影响显著性分析可知,捕收剂用量和药比对浮选效果的影响最为显著。
To improve the flotation behavior of hard-to-float fine coal treated by different conditions, including collector level, reagent ratio, flotation pulp density, aeration quantity, agi- tation speed, respectively, single factor and orthogonal optimization test was conducted. Experi- ment result showed that concentrate ash content and concentrate yield were optimized, mean- while the quantitative efficiency was not high enough; the impact significance determination anal- ysis of various factors indicated that collector level and reagent ratio were proven that contributed most to the flotation results.
