摘要 针对煤矿斜巷提升运输特点,运用系统安全工程轨迹交叉理论,分析了物的不安全状态和人的不安全行为。从物的不安全状态方面研究了斜巷提升运输避免跑车、跑车后有效进行防护、断绳防护及提升运输运行状态警示等技术措施;从人的不安全状态方面研究了加强安全意识教育、规范流程操作及安全监控等管理措施,总结了基于轨迹交叉理论的提升运输管理模式。 Slant roadway lifting transportation in coal mine is an important auxiliary production, also is the focus of safety management, according to the characteristics of slant roadway lifting transporta- tion in coal mine, using the trajectory cross theory of system safety engineering, analyzes the unsafe con- dition of things and unsafe behaviors of human beings. Research on the technical measures of avoid runa- way miner careffective, protection runaway miner car, steel rope-breaking protection, lifting transporta- tion running state warning from the unsafe condition of things. Research on the management measures of strengthening the safety consciousness education, standardizing the process operation and safety monito- ring from the unsafe behaviors of human beings, summarizes the lifting transportation management mode based on the theory of trajectory cross.
