国际私法是一门以学说思想为基础的综合性课程,与其他课程相比晦涩难懂、内容抽象,其以一种间接不确定方式解决国际民事纠纷。由于教学方法单一、案例古老、实践教学匮乏问题,加之学生司法考试压力,学生失去学习兴趣。面对一系列教学问题,希望通过切身生活对比法、学生补充教学内容法、学生编写案例、学生提出疑惑等教学方法,解决国际私法授课过程中出现的特有问题。

Private international law is a comprehensive discipline on the basis of the theory of thought,arcane,content abstract compared with other professional courses,used uncertainty in an indirect way to resolve international civil disputes.Due to the single teaching method,case ancient,the lack of practice teaching,combined with the student judicial examination pressure,students lose interest in learning.In the face of a series of teaching problems,it hopes through the comparison method,students' personal life added case method of teaching content,students' writing,students doubt such as teaching methods to solve specific problems in the process of teaching of private international law.
