PCK视域下高职高专ESP教师专业发展的知识建构

摘要 高职高专ESP课程顺应了现代社会对应用型人才的需求。而开展ESP教学首要的问题就是ESP教师的专业发展。ESP教师应该充分发挥主观能动性,调整知识结构,完善学科内容知识、学习者知识、学科教学知识、整合技术的学科教学知识等,实现专业发展的持续化和终身化。 ESP courses offered in higher vocational colleges are in line with the need of application-oriented talents in modem society. The main problem of ESP teaching lies in the professional development of ESP teachers, which is always based on the acquisition and expansion of teachers' professional knowledge. ESP teachers should give full play to the subjective initiative to adjust their structure of knowledge and update their content knowledge, knowledge of learners, pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and technological pedagogical content knowledge(TPCK) so as to keep their professional development continuous and lifelong.
