摘要
完善工学结合教学管理体系,推动工学结合人才培养模式的有效实施是高职教学改革的现实课题。工学结合背景下高职教学管理中存在管理过程随意性强,教学管理的监控与评价不能凸显高职特色,工学结合的配套制度建设不完善,实践管理中缺乏明晰的职责分工等问题。提出了构建基于工学结合的实践性教学管理体系和顶岗实习配套管理制度,强化职业岗位意识培养,形成监控与督导相结合的多元评价机制。
To perfect combination of teaching management system, and promote the effective implementation of personnel training mode of combination of work and study is the realistic subject of higher vocational teaching reform. Under the background of combi- nation of work and study, there are many problems existed in higher vocational teaching. This paper puts forward the practical teaching management system and field work management system based on the combination of work and study, so as to strengthen the professional consciousness cultivation, and realize the multiple evaluation mechanism with combination of monitoring and supervision.
