摘要
伴随着我国现代化农业的快速发展,造成的环境问题也日益突出,本文以湖南省为例,以环境库兹涅茨曲线假说为理论基础,选取1998~2012年的相关数据,计算出农业人均GDP代表经济增长,以农业人均二氧化碳排放量作为环境质量的研究指标,运用Eviews6.0进行实证分析,研究农业环境质量与农业经济增长之间是否表现为环境库兹涅茨曲线关系,探讨农业经济增长对环境的影响,并提出相关环境改善的措施,为湖南省更好的处理经济与环境之间的关系、实现环境与经济的双赢提出有效的政策建议.
With the rapid development of modern agriculture in China,the environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Taking Hunan Province as an example,this paper takes the environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis as the theoretical basis,selects the relevant data from 1998 to 2012,and calculates the agricultural per capita GDP represents the economic growth.Taking the agricultural carbon dioxide emissions per capita as the research index of environmental quality,the paper uses Eviews6.0to examine whether the agricultural environmental quality and agricultural economic growth have the environmental Kuznets curve relationship,investigates the influence of agricultural economic growth on the environment and puts forward relevant measures and effective suggestions to realize the relationship between economy and environment and the win-win environmental and economic goals in Hunan.
