新常态下高职院校教学质量监控和评价体系的构建 被引量:9

摘要 近些年我国高等职业教育快速发展,进入经济新常态,职业教育新常态,必须强调以质量为核心,以往的教学质量监控与评价体系已经无法全面系统评价高职教学质量,与高职教育培养目标不能完全吻合,在经济发展新常态背景下提高教学质量具有很强的现实意义.为了建立科学规范、行之有效的教学质量监控和评价机制,提高高校生命力和竞争力,本文首先分析了我国高职院校教学质量监控和评价体系的现状及问题,接着遵循"监控是过程,评价是结果,目的是促进"的原则,构建了内部和外部两个方面的教学质量监控与评价模式,高职院校必须主动适应经济新常态,最后从教学质量理念、质量保障目标、现代人才观、企业行业参与、知识管理信息平台等方面提出完善新常态下高职院校教学质量监控与评价体系的措施和建议. In recent years,the rapid development of China's higher vocational education has entered a new economic norm,the new normal of vocational education must be emphasized to the quality as the core.The former teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system has been unable to overall system evaluation of teaching quality of higher vocational education and not be fully consistent with the cultivation goal of higher vocational education,so it is of great practical significance to improve the teaching quality in the context of economic development.In order to establish a scientific and effective teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism,enhance the vitality and competitiveness,this paper analyzes the status and problems of China's vocational college teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system.Then it follows the principle of Monitoring as process,Evaluation as results,Purpose as promotion to construct internal and external modes of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation.Finally it puts forward the measures and suggestions to improve the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system in Higher Vocational Colleges under the new normal conditions.From the teaching quality concept,quality assurance goal,the modern talent view,the enterprise profession participation,the knowledge management information platform and so on.
