摘要
将比赛教学法引入高校篮球选项课教学中,结果表明,与传统教学法相比,比赛教学法不仅能明显提高学生篮球运动的专业技能水平,还可明显增强学生的身体素质和实战能力,提高学生对篮球学习的热情,有利于朝着终身体育的方向发展.
The paper introduces Competition Teaching Method in the teaching of basketball elective course in colleges.The results show that,compared with the traditional teaching methods,Competition Teaching Method can not only improve students＇ basketball professional skills,but also can significantly enhance the physical quality of the students and improve students＇ practical ability in basketball learning enthusiasm and help develop toward lifelong sports.
