卒中患者健康行为与院前延迟时间的关系分析

Analysis of the Relationship between Health Related Behaviors and Pre-hospital Delay Time among Stroke Patients

目的对卒中患者健康相关行为进行调查研究,分析其对院前延迟的影响。方法随机选择中部地区2个省会城市4家三级医院神经科住院的卒中患者,对其进行问卷调查。采用单因素分析与Logistic回归分析进行统计分析。结果决定就医时间<3小时者占75.48%,转运时间<2小时者占63.17%;Logistic回归分析显示,居住在农村、出现症状时躺/坐下来看症状是否减轻或未引起重视,是3小时内决定就医的影响因素。结论我国卒中紧急救治院前延迟问题较严重,尤其是农村患者和自费病人;公众卒中意识较弱;卒中患者紧急医疗救护系统亟待完善。

Objectives To investigate health related behaviors in order to analyze the effect on pre-hospital delay.Methods Stroke patients from neurological in-patient department in 4tertiary hospitals from two capital cities in the central of China were randomly selected to carry out the questionnaire survey.Univarate analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the results.Results Patients who spent less than three hours on deciding to seek medical treatment were 75.48%,and the patients who spent transit time less than two hours was 63.17%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the 3hour＇s treatment decision-making were living in urban,lying down / sitting down to watch whether the symptoms will alleviate or insufficient emphasis.Conclusions Pre-hospital delay of stroke emergency treatment is very serious in China,especially in rural patients and uninsured patients.Public stroke awareness is relatively weak.Emergency Medical Service（EMS）needs to be improved urgently.
