书写表达对妊娠期糖尿病患者心理弹性及自我效能的影响 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨书写表达对妊娠期糖尿病患者心理弹性及自我效能的影响。方法将确诊的116例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各58例。对照组按常规实施健康教育及心理干预,干预组在对照组的基础上以书面表达形式进行干预。干预前后测评患者心理弹性及自我效能。结果干预后干预组心理弹性总分为54.10±11.23,自我效能得分为6.39±0.95,对照组得分分别为47.70±11.07、5.67±0.82,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论以书面表达方式对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行干预,可提高其心理弹性,并提升患者自我效能,对改善患者妊娠期间的负性心理以及生活质量有重要作用。 Objective To explore the effects of written expression on resilience and self-efficacy of women with gestational diabetes rnellitus (GDM). Methods A total of 116 women confirmatively diagnosed with GDM were randomized into a control group and an intervention group, each of 58 cases. The control group received routine health education and psychological intervention, while the intervention group, in addition to routine care, received written expression intervention. Resilience and self-efficacy of the 2 groups were measured before and after the intervention, and then compared. Results The intervention group scored 54. 10 +_ 11. 23 in resilience and 6. 39 ± 0. 95 in self-efficacy, versus 47. 70 ± 11. 07 and 5. 67 ± 0. 82 from the control group, with significant differences(P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion Written expression intervention for is effective in improving GDM women's resilience and self-efficacy, lessening negative emotions, and enhancing their quality of life.
