摘要
目的:将橙皮苷制成固体分散体,以提高橙皮苷的水溶性和生物利用度。方法聚乙二醇(PEG4000)的水溶性好,无毒,故采用其为载体制备橙皮苷固体分散体;采用 HPLC 法对分散体水溶性进行分析,采用紫外分光光度法(UV)和红外光谱法(IR)对其化学结构进行分析。结果橙皮苷与 PEG4000形成的固体分散体在水中的溶解度显著增加(PEG4000:橙皮苷=6:1时最佳);UV 和 IR 结果显示固体分散体中橙皮苷以无定形形式存在于载体中。结论制备橙皮苷- PEG4000固体分散体可以提高橙皮苷在水中的溶解度和溶出度。
Objective To improve water solubility and bioavailability of hesperidin by maKing it into solid dis-persion. Methods PEG4000 was a carrier for maKing solid dispersion of hesperidin for its good water solubility and nontoxicity. HLPC method was used to analyze water solubility. UV spectrophotometry and IR spectroscopy were used to detect its chemical structure. Results Water solubility of the solid dispersion which was made of hesperidin and PEG4000 increased obviously(While n(PEG4000): n(hesperidin)was 6: 1,the result was best). UV spectropho-tometry and IR spectroscopy results indicated that hesperidin was amorphous in solid dispersion. Conclusion Solid dispersion of hesperidin - PEG4000 can improve solubility and dissolution rate of hesperidin in water.
