火针和毫针干预对佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠的比较研究

Comparative study of fire needle and filiform needle on adjuvant arthritis model rats

目的探究火针和毫针干预对于佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠的影响。方法实验以佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型大鼠作为研究对象,将雄性Wistar大鼠适应性饲养1周后,随机分为空白对照组、火针组、毫针组、模型对照组,每组10只。每隔3天测量各组大鼠踝部肿胀情况、体质量变化并进行疼痛测量评定。在造模后第28天每组随机处死2只大鼠,观察左侧踝关节组织切片和足三里部位组织切片。结果 40只大鼠均进入结果分析。火针组、毫针组大鼠经针刺后左踝直径与模型对照组比较有显著性降低(P<0.05),关节疼痛评分与模型对照组比较也有显著性降低(P<0.05)。踝关节切片也可见局部组织炎性反应得到改善,观察足三里部位组织切片可见火针针刺可对肌肉组织造成损伤,但愈合较好。结论火针和毫针干预对于佐剂性关节炎大鼠的症状改善有一定作用,两种针刺方式对肌肉组织损伤较小且愈合良好。

Objective To explore and compare the influence of fire needle and filiform needle on adjuvant arthritis model rats. Methods Adjuvant arthritis（AA） model rats were used for this study. After the male Wistar rats were allowed to acclimate for 1 week, the rats were randomly divided into normal group,AA model group, acupuncture needle group, fire needle group, 10 rats in each group. The swelling rate of ankle,weight,joint pain score of each group were measured every 3 days. 28 days after the molding, 2 rats were sacrificed in each group randomly, the tissue section of the left ankle joint and ＂Zusanli＂ were observed. Results Totally 40 rates were involved in the result analysis. Compared with the model group, the left ankle diameter and joint pain score of the filiform needle and fire needle group were decreased sig- nificantly （P〈0.05）. Pathology of the joint indicated that acupuncture has the effect of relieving the in- flammation; pathology of ＂Zusanli＂ showed that fire needle may damage the muscle, but well healed. Conclusion Fire needle and filiform needle has a certain effects on improving the symptoms of adjuvant arthritis model rats, the two methods have small damage to the muscle and good healing.
