痛风患者生命质量测定量表中条目筛选

Item selection in developing quality of life instrument for gout patients

目的建立中国痛风患者生命质量量表的特异模块。方法采用议题组、核心组的程序化决策方式,通过定量调查和定性访谈相结合办法,对条目进行初步评价、修改和筛选,制定出痛风生命质量量表特异模块的初量表。之后,对30例痛风患者和20名医护工作者进行访谈和相应问卷调查,用变异系数法、医生重要性评分、患者重要性评分、因子分析、相关分析对结果进行分析。结果按以上5种方法分别选出4、8、11、13和11个条目,最终选定了12个条目为痛风患者的特异性模块,包含生理症状、常用药物的副作用、特异性心理反应、疾病所致影响等方面。结论形成了符合中国痛风患者生命质量量表的特异性模块。

Objective To establish the specific modules of quality of life instrument for Chinese gout patients. Methods The items were initially evaluated, modified and screened using programmed decisions of topic and core groups and combination of quantitative survey and qualitative interview, followed by construction of the preliminary scale containing specific modules of quality of life instrument for gout patients. The questionnaire survey and interview were conducted in 30 gout patients and 20 medical workers. The results were analyzed by coefficient of variation, doctors＇ and patients＇ importance rating, factor analysis, and correlation analysis. Results Four, 8, 11, 13, and 11 items were selected by the above-mentioned 5 methods, respectively. The specific modules comprised 12 items, belonging to the symptoms, adverse drug reactions, psychological problems and sickness influence. Conclusion The specific modules of quality of life instrument for Chinese gout patients are achieved.
