摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒阴道超声不同照射时间对人早孕胚胎绒毛超微结构的影响。方法 96例拟行人工流产的早期妊娠孕妇患者随机分为A、B、C、D、E组,分别采用彩色多普勒阴道超声照射0、5、10、15、20 min。6~8 h后行人流术取绒毛,透射电子显微镜观察。结果阴道超声引起的胚胎绒毛超微结构变化主要发生在合体滋养层,其次是细胞滋养层,间质改变最少,基膜基本无改变。A组超微结构正常,B^E组胚胎绒毛超微结构均有不同程度变化,其中D组变异率高于A^C组(P<0.05),E组变异率高于A^D组(P<0.05)。结论阴道彩色多普勒持续照射超过10 min对人早孕胚胎绒毛超微结构有明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of different exposure times of transvaginal color Doppler sonography (TVCDS) on ultrastructure of human embryo villi during early pregnancy. Methods Ninety-six early gravidas were randomly divided into A-E groups, and then received TVCDS for 0 min (Group A), 5 min (Group B), 10 min (Group C), 15 min (Group D), and 20 min (Group E). The villi were collected by artificial abortion 6-8 hours after TVCDS, and observed by electron microscopy. Results TVCDS-induced ultrastructure changes of embryo villi were mainly seen in the syntrophoblast, followed by cytotrophoblast and mesenchyme, but basilemma was basically unchangeable. The embryo villi showed normal in Group A but abnormal in Groups B-E. The pathological rate of embryo villi was higher in Group D and Group E than in Groups A-C and Groups A-D (P〈0.05), respectively. Conclusion The TVCDS exposure time of more than 10 min is harmful to the ultrastructure of human embryo villi during early pregnancy.
