摘要
目的评价800 nm半导体激光脱腋毛的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用800 nm半导体激光脱毛仪对400例患者800处腋窝部行脱毛治疗,波长800 nm,光斑直径9 mm×9mm,能量密度是15到30J/cm,脉冲宽度30-100 ms,治疗间隔6~8周,分别于治疗3次、6次后评价疗效。结果 400例患者经3-6次连续治疗后均达到理想的脱毛效果,治疗后腋窝部毛发数量明显减少,再生的毛发较之前浅淡且细小。其中3次治疗后累计脱毛治愈率为10.75%,6次治疗后累计治愈率达100.0%。部分患者治疗过程中出现红斑、瘙痒、多汗症、臭汗症等并发症,经积极处理后均消退,长期随访无并发症遗留。结论 800 nm半导体激光用于腋窝部脱毛效果确切,安全性高,患者满意度高,不良反应小。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 800 nm vacuum diode laser axillary hair removal system.Methods A total of 400 patients(800 sites) were treated with 800 nm vacuum diode laser to perform axillary hair removal. The parameters were set as below: wave length 800 nm, energy density:15-30 J /cm2,spot size: 9mm×8mm,and pulse duration: 30-100 ms.The interval time was 6 to 8 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated after third times and sixth times treatment. Result In total,400 patients had satisfactory effects after 3 to 6 continuous treatments. The axillary hair was reduced obviously and the regenerated hair was fine and pale.Three times after treatment, 10.75% patients had more than 95% axillary hair reduction. After six times treatment, all the patients had more than 95% hair reduction. A part of patients occurred erythema, pruritus, hyperhidrosis, bromidrosis, folliculitis, and all of them were recovered in one to three month. No complication were found after long-term follow-up time. Conclusion 800 nm diode laser vacuum axillary hair removal system is a relatively safe,efficient and high satisfaction for axillary hair removal with few complication.
