复合树脂直接与间接修复后牙二类洞牙体缺损的临床疗效对比 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探索复合树脂直接与间接修复后牙二类洞牙体缺损的临床疗效对比。方法:选取2014年9月至2015年9月期间我院收治的100例前牙牙体缺损患者,将患者动态随机化分为两组,对照组和观察组分别采用复合树脂直接修复和复合树脂间接修复,两组患者各有50例。结果:观察组和对照组两组后牙二类洞牙体缺损,对比成功率、失败率、缺陷率以及随访一年后的成功率均存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论:复合树脂间接修复在后牙二类洞牙体缺损患者中效果更为显著。 Objective Explore composite resin directly and indirectly second cavity after tooth repair the clinical efficacy of contrast. Methods Choose between September 2014 and September 2014, our hospital during the period of 100 patients with former fang body defect, dynamic will patients classified as two groups at random, control group and observation group with composite resin respectively fixed directly and indirect composite resin restoration, two groups of patients have 50 cases each. Result There was significant difference(P 0.05) in the success rate, failure rate, defect rate and success rate after one year of follow-up in the two groups of tooth defects in the two groups of teeth in the observation group and the control group. Conclusion Indirect repair of composite resin in the second group of patients with posterior tooth defects in the effect is more significant.
