China's Military Security: Concept,Contents,and Challenges

军事安全是国家军队事务处于没有危险的客观状态,也就是国家的军事存在、军事力量和军事活动等不受威胁、挑战、打击和破坏的客观状态。军事安全有非常广泛的内容,主要包括军队安全、军人安全、军纪安全、军备安全、军事设施安全、军事秘密安全、军事信息安全、军事工业安全、军事活动安全等。当前,威胁和危害军事安全的主要内部因素是军队内部的腐败,外部因素则是美国战略再平衡过程中战略重心东移对中国造成的军事压力和挑战。

Military security refers to the objective state of security where the nation＇ s military force, military presence and activities are faced with no threat, challenges or attacks. It encompasses the security of the military force, discipline, arms, facilities, secrets, information, industries, etc. Currently, the major internal threat to China＇ s military security is corruption within the military force, and the external factor is the military challenge caused by America＇s re-balancing, and Pivot-to-Asia strategy.
