建设法治型政党是对党的历史和国际共产主义历史经验教训的深刻总结,是全面推进依法治国、依法执政的必然要求,是全面从严治党的迫切要求,是党长期执政的必然抉择。党的十八届四中全会提出,坚持依法执政首先要依宪执政。因此,建设法治型政党的关键就是遵守宪法,完善依法执政体制机制。今后,中国共产党要从推进党的领导权法定化、改革党的机构、改革党委决策制度、党内治理法治化等方面进行依法执政,以改革创新精神推进法治型政党建设。

The construction of a law-oriente party is a profound summary of the party＇ s history and the experience and lessons of international Communism and it is the inevitable requirement of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and ruling by law; it is the inevitable choice of the long ruling party. The party put forward in the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee that we should adhere to governance by the rule of law. Therefore, the key to the construction of the rule of law is to abide by the constitution, and improve the system and mechanism of governing according to law.
