陕西森林资源管理存在问题及对策

Problems of and Countermeasures for Improving Forest Resource Management in Shaanxi Province

针对陕西当前森林资源管理存在的问题,通过总结前期管理工作经验及并深入分析其原因,分别从八个方面提出了新形势下陕西森林资源管理问题的具体对策:1)坚持依法治林;2)完善财政投入机制;3)完善陕西森林资源监测系统;4)推进林地规范化管理;5)深化林木采伐管理改革;6)提高林业行政执法能力;7)完善资源管理体制;8)实现森林资源管理信息化。

In light of the problems in the current management of forest resources in Shaanxi Province, some countermeasures to improve forest resource management were proposed based on the review of the previous management experience and analyzing of the reasons： adhering to the forestry administration by the law,improving the financial investment mechanism; improving the monitoring system of forest resources in Shaanxilpromoting standardized management of forest land; deepening the reform of forest cutting management;strengthening the ability of forestry law enforcement; improving the resource management system;and carrying out information management for forest resources.
